Christmas Sparkle Punch

  • ½ cup Pineapple Juice
  • ½ cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/3 cup Triple Sec
  • 1 cup Brandy
  • 1/3 cup Grenadine
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle White Wine
  • 2 (750 ml) bottles Champagne
  • Place ice in a punch bowl.
  • Add rest of the ingredients, except champagne.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
  • To give the drink a sparkling fizz, pour champagne just before serving.
  • Serve immediately.
Christmas Sparkle Punch (non-alcoholic)

  • 4 cups Apple Juice or Pear Nectar
  • ½ tbsp Coriander
  • ½ tbsp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 12 oz Lemon-Lime Carbonated Water
  • 1 large Apple (cored and sliced crosswise), or 1 Pear (cored and Sliced)
  • Cranberries (to garnish)
  • Ice Cubes (as desired)
  • Pour apple juice or pear nectar in a medium-sized saucepan.
  • Take a double layered cheese cloth and place coriander and cardamom in the center. Tie all the corners using a string.
  • Place this spice bag in the juice.
  • Place the saucepan on high heat and bring to a boil.
  • When the juice starts boiling, reduce the heat. Cover the saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and pour the juice in a large jug.
  • Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Just before serving, remove the spice bag from the juice.
  • Pour the juice into a large punch bowl.
  • Add vanilla extract and carbonated water.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with apples or pears and cranberries.
  • Add ice cubes and serve.
Red Christmas Sparkle Punch

  • 24-ounce envelope unsweetened Red Punch Hawaiian Drink Mix
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1½ quarts Cold Water
  • 6-ounce frozen Limeade Concentrate (partially thawed)
  • 2 ounce Lemon-Lime Soda (chilled)
  • Ice Cubes (as desired)
  • Lemon Juice (to taste)
  • Lime Slices (to garnish)
  • Place Hawaiian Drink Mix in a large punch bowl.
  • Add water and stir gently to dissolve the sugar completely.
  • Add limeade concentrate and mix thoroughly.
  • Just before serving, slowly stir in lemon lime soda.
  • Put ice cubes to chill.
  • Garnish with lemon juice and lime slices. Serve.
